Future Leaders Awards Submissions & Nominations

Submissions are now closed. 

 

General Guidelines

 

  • Submissions must include a cover letter on their first page, with an administration contact details, award category name and name of entering company/firm.
  • Each entry must be in the form of a written submission of no more than 1000 words. The judges are looking for concise written submissions that outline how your entry meets the criteria for the award.
  • Multiple submissions by firms and individuals are allowed.
  • Third party nominations are also encouraged. Please provide as much information as possible about the third party. In addition, please include contact details for the nominee.

 

The judges

 

An independent panel of industry judges determines the winners.

Additionally, the shortlist is published online and online voting will take place. The online vote carries the weight of one additional judge.

Event Categories

  • Accountant of the Year

    The award in this section will be judged against three key criteria: Strategic Planning; Profitability/ Growth and Individual Improvements. For strategic planning we will look at what makes work stand out against competitors and look at what KPI's have been achieved during the last twelve months. For Profitability/ Growth we will look at how you have helped with financial improvements like fee income; winning new clients and client retention. We will also consider new client wins. For Individual improvements we will consider rewards, industry recognition, personal achievements and work with the wider community.

  • Accounting Business Development Initiative of the Year

    The award in this section will be judged against three key criteria: Strategic Planning; Profitability/ Growth and Individual Improvements.
